Located in the peaceful Bab Doukkala neighborhood, just 5–10 minutes walking from Jemaa El Fna Square, this elegant 6-bedroom riad offers the perfect balance between Medina energy and serene comfort. A rare advantage: direct car and taxi access right at the doorstep.

From the luminous patio with its fountain and citrus trees to the cozy fireplace lounge, every corner of the riad feels warm and refined.

The six bedrooms (each with private bathroom, air-conditioning and heating) are designed for comfort and privacy. The master suite features a beautiful bathtub for a more indulgent stay.

The highlight?

A heated rooftop pool with panoramic views over the Medina, the Koutoubia Mosque and the Atlas Mountains. The rooftop also offers sun loungers, shaded dining space and a winter lounge — perfect in every season.

Breakfast is included and prepared daily by the house staff, who are present each morning to ensure everything runs smoothly. Traditional Moroccan meals can also be arranged upon request.

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the riad.
